Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I install springs instead of elastomers? Won't they work better?
A: No. You should never install springs in a fork that is designed for elastomers, the fork will bounce (pogo) wildly like a car with no shocks. Serious Injury to the rider could occur! Forks that use springs are designed differently, its best to install what the fork was designed for.

A: Yes. For the order to be processed through our online payment gateway, the billing and shipping address must match. But we can ship to a different address per customer request by adding the requested shipping address to the comments section of the order during checkout.
Q: How do I determine which elastomer ride firmness I need for my weight?
A: This depends on the rider weight and terrain. We recommend Firm for rough terrain or riders who weigh more than 185+ lbs (84 kg), Medium for riders weighing less than 185 lbs (84 kg) or mild off road terrain and street riding. You can also taylor your ride to your liking by mixing a medium with firm to get a more progressive ride.
